Okay - so I know what day my VR is going to be - how do they schedule the rehearsals? I would like to have a Welcome/rehearsal dinner the evening before (not sure yet if I want something casual that I invite everyone to or something fancier that I just have my family and wedding party at)

Do they schedule this a few months in advance? How far in advance do you plan a welcome/rehearsal dinner?

For me, they told me that they can't schedule a rehearsal more than 30 days out. I would imagine they would schedule it around your welcome/rehearsal dinner, because they will make your reservation for your dinner at your planning session (possibly earlier if the 180 mark comes earlier).
