Rehabs and Closures

Historically what is closed besides HM in either Dl or DCA? Going the first week in September for the first time and worried that quite a few things will be closed, not that I won't have plenty to see, but we love the rides!!!

Went the first week in September 2015. HM was closed, Space closed the last day of our trip, which happened to be Labor day last year. Off the top of my head, I can't think of anything else.

I hope HM isn't down when we go. We'll be there the 5th-10th and it's my fiance's first time going, we'll be there for our honeymoon.

It will most likely be down at that time. It usually goes down at the end of August for it's tranformation into the Haunted Mansion Holiday. Last year it came back up on Friday September 11th.

Just as reminder, the 60th celebration is ending on September 5th, so I wonder when they will start removing the decorations from the castle?

Our last day in the parks will be on the 10th....crossing our fingers it will come back then so we can at least get one ride in. I've never seen the holiday overlay so that would be fun too.

It will either be the 9th or the 16th, depending on when the Halloweentime season will start this year.

I'm sure we will! I just haven't been on that ride since I was younger because my son was too young to ride the last time we were there. Crossing my fingers for that to be open and nice weather lol

WE will be there May 23 - 28, 2016. Does anyone know what may be closed or in refurb? I am aware of some of the major things due to Star Wars and other builds. Just wondering about particular rides. Thank you.
