IMO, there will be plenty to keep everyone busy on their vacations.
The real beauty of these parks is their close proximity. Go back & forth with ease. Look for the little jewels while touring (use the USF entrance behind Hard Rock Cafe, there's a section of the Berlin Wall standing back there you can touch).
Don't forget that there are play areas in both parks you'll likely find your family decides to spend more time in than you expected.
Before my daughter was tall enough for "big rides", it wasn't uncommon for us to ride Flying Unicorn for an hour (her record was 16 times without having to exit).
Can't tell you how many coffees DW & I drank at Green Eggs while DD played at If I Ran Zoo.
Yeah, I complain too sometimes about cut-backs. But we always look forward to & go. With happy attitudes no less!
Have fun there!
