I went to the post office today trying to get in really quick before picking the kids up and the line was massive, went to the post office closer to their school and it was the same. Then it hit me TAX DAY!! I have no idea why people were going in and not dropping in the box?! So mine is all packaged up and will be mailed out tomorrow!!

I received my cookbook today!!! Thanks so much Lynne (pennst8r)!! I LOVE the amish and would love to visit Lancaster County, it's on my to do list. I'm so excited!! Lynne sent the Lancaster County Cookbook and a beautiful magnet that says "Amish County The Simple Life" and a silhouette of the horse and buggy. Can't wait to crack this one open and try them out!

Glad you got it and liked it! Some things sound strange, but are pretty good! I was so excited to find it on time, that I didn't think about pointing out some favorites!

And I got mine yesterday!

I got 2 cookbooks: Cookies Year Round, Celebrate Virginia. And I also got measuring spoons, magnetic clips & chop & scoop. Thank you--the cookbooks look fantastic, and I always seem to lose my measuring spoons, so it's nice to have some more. And I've always wanted the chop & scoop so that will come in handy--in fact, I'll be using it tonight when I chop some veggies. Thanks Johnie!

I am back from my cruise but now I am in Disney World . I will be home this week and will post when I get home if my box came or not. I sent mine out before I left . Hope it got there ok , I hate mailing stuff in glass jars
