Regarding the "I'm leaving the DIS/VMK" Posts

OK, these really need to stop. We don't want to see anymore "Should I leave posts" or "I'm leaving the DIS/VMK" on the boards.

We bend over backwards keeping this a fair and safe place to post. And actually, some of you are given more chances than other sites would give you. There are many kids who post here who follow the rules and have no problems at all. If you are having issues with us, maybe, just maybe you should try to follow the basic rules of this site. If you don't agree with them, there are other sites out there.

If you would like to talk to us about specific issues where you feel you've been treated unfairly, please feel free to PM us. We will be happy to discuss them with you.

I'm sorry but we are at the point that if we see another one of these posted, we may just help you along.

i made a post about this a while back and it was removed because one of the mods felt it was "mean". Sure i said "if you just want attention, go elsewhere", but isnt that what those posts are about? Someones need for attention?

If it was removed there was a good reason for it the main one being it is not your place to tell others to go elsewhere.

I'm on the fence about this. It is tiring to see these posts but I do like to know when someone has left VMK whether it is voluntarily or due to being banned. I don't need to know the reason they left but I like to know that my friends are ok.

I don't think knowing is important enough to warrant a sticky but maybe a single thread would be appropriate?

Just my two credits worth...

There is a sticky about bans at the top. Maybe we could expand that thread to include others that have decided to stop playing?? Just a suggestion.
