Got this in my email after attempting to redeem. Apparently, this isn't a good thing at all. So bye-bye to HobbyRat for me.

You may transfer 10 Ratcash Universal Points for one Universal Point. There is a limit of 25 Universal Points a day for transferring Ratcash Universal Points.

Hobby Rat uses the Universal Points Network to keep track of your Ratcash Universal Points. Universal Points Network may from time to time send you offers concerning additional ways to earn points instantly convertible to Ratcash Universal Points. You may opt-out of receiving these notices at anytime.

Universal Points Network reserve the right at any time to charge-back your points to Hobby Rat. In the event of a charge-back your points will be transferred back to Hobby Rat and shall be removed from your Universal Points Account. "
