? regarding HBD and F! dining package

I already have a dinner res at HBD for 615 on June 27 (Monday). Will they let me change that to the F! dining package? We're on DxDP. Will it cost more, or will it just be an add on?

Looked it up and F! is one time only at 9PM that night.

If you want the Fantasmic package, it must be booked that way. There is no way to change your current reservation to it.

If there is still availability, book it and then cancel your current reservation. It will still be 2 TS credits.

You must book the Fantasmic! package, it's not just an add on. Confusing, I know. However, we loved HBD when we did the package last April. The food was delicious!

If you want the Fantasmic voucher you will need to re-book specifically for the Fantasmic Dining Package. The times offered for the package are typically afternoon to early evening so don't expect to find a reservation later than 5 PM, especially since you are going next month. Once in a while someone will post that they were offered to change to the F! Dining Package while at the restaurant, but there is no guarantee that this happens regularly so I would not chance it. The F!DP will still be 2 credits per person. Make the reservation here:

I believe many have commented that the F!DP only counts as 1 TS credit on the DDP? Has this changed recently??

HBD is a signature restaurant so it is 2 credits regardless of whether you have a regular meal there or the Fantasmic! Dining Package as Jadyreen 1282 posted.

F!DP at Mama Melrose or Hollywood & Vine is 1 credit per person.

Thank you all for your responses. DW called Disney. We had to move our reservation to 4:30PM, but we were able to get F! dining package. Also meant we had to juggle a FP+ around to diminish time conflicts, but it's nice to have F! reserved seating. We may also end up dropping out SciFi res for lunch at 1230 as it just feels too close together. That also depends on if we are able to get a reservation for Tiffins later in our trip.
