Regarding Disney Visa discount - Kids stay & eat free?

Does Disney usually offer discounts like this exclusively for Disney visa holders? Or is this a first? I am new to Disney Visa (since Oct) and never noticed discounts offered only to Visa holders- I did notice some offers are released first to cardholders and then to GP but this one seems to be Disney Visa only. We are not going during that timeframe - we are going Aug 29 so are waiting to see what offers are up next - also the kids free wouldnt help us at all since it is me, DH, DS2 and my sister 16. My son is free anyhow and my sis is too old! So we are hoping for free dining or another great offer. Just wondering if they usually do offer discounts exclusively for Visa holders that never get opened to GP?

On another post regarding Disney Visa I discovered this link that shows the history of discounts, including ones either first released to Disney Visa cardholders or exclusive to Disney Visa.

The exclusivity of the Visa discounts can vary. Looks like this current QS package is exclusive though.

Typically, the offers are the same for the general public than to DVR holders, except the latter get the offer a few days earlier.

However, some offers have been exclusively for DVR holders. I remember in late Fall 2008 it was free dining and 20% off room (a very rare occurrence).
