Regarding 2010 European Cruises

I just checked what I paid for a Mini Suite for 2 people, this is for both of us. This includes transfers, fuel surcharge, tax and port charges, insurance... the works, my total bill on another line is $2940.00. This does not include my excursions, or air. I get Conciege service with this booking. This is for 7 days out of Barcelona. One sea day.

What cruise line? That is a fantastic rate.

It's even cheaper now. We sail Nov 2nd. The inside cabin is around $500.00 per person...Plus the extras. NCL Gem is the line and ship. 12 restaurants, bowling alley, many pluses. I love this Cruise Line. I know some don't, but I am all about eating when I want to, at all the different restaurants. It really makes me feel like I am on land, eating at speciality restaurants.

Congratulations to those of you who booked European cruises! Once we know the points, we can make the decision(if cabins are available). Thanks!

I called MS at exactly 8:00 EDT time and got through...BUT...somehow I got into the que for regular DVC resort ressies. I was on hold not knowing I was in the wrong que for an hour. At 9:00 a MS answered my call and told me she had to transfer me to the Cruise Line que. Once I was put into the correct que at 9:00 my call did not get answered until 10:30. So I was on hold for about 2 1/2 hours....that is the longest EVER I have waited for a cruise booking.

Now the good news...we were able to book a Category 7 (Navigators Verandah) Deck 5 Aft. We were able to get the 'repeat cruisers' discount since we were just on the Members Cruise 2008 a few weeks ago. It cost us 313 pts per person for the first 2 guests and then 152 pts for DD. We were able to save 42 pts in total for getting the repeat cruiser discount. It was worth my wait for MS because I sure got the right one...she was awesome!!

We booked two rooms because my Brother and SIL are cruising with us and this is their very first DCL cruise and they just became DVC members in September. They will be hooked in no time....

Now I have to work hard at not wishing my next 2 years away because I am so looking foward to this 14 day cruise....:yay: :yay: :yay:
