Regal Sun?!?!

I'm trying to book a quick weekend getaway to see the xmas decorations. Unable to book value resort since they are full. We are trying to make this an economic trip. Does anyone have anything to report on this hotel-good or bad? I can get a great deal and they will waive the resort fee and give a $50 meal credit. All the info is mixed so I would like to hear from anyone with first hand experience

I've not stayed there yet but I'm staying for 1 night in December before we check in to the Contemporary. I booked the Regal Sun on Priceline for $40/night (name your own price).
