Regal Sun @ Downtown Disney????

Has anyone stayed at the Regal Sun. It is one of the hotels at Downtown Disney. We are getting prices for a trip in April 13-18, so we were looking at everything.
They quoted a decent rate, but I hate to stay at hotels sight unseen. Any help would be appreciated.

We are staying at the Regal Sun for one night this Sunday all the WDW resorts where full. Then we move over to CBR for the rest of our stay. I know it was just overhauled looks wonderful. I will post how everything was when we get back.

I have 3 night at the end of Feb. Got a great rate and I am looking forward to it.
