No ........ It is a Gated Development and the Villas are owned by People from many Overseas Countries as well as

USA owners from many States .

It is on Hwy 27 ( off Sand Mine Road ..... & behind Publix Supermarket ) Between Hwy 192 (nearer ) & I -4 )

Yes they do.
But it's seasonal. In the summer they have an activities co-coordinator that facilitates games, and also a weekly pool side movie. You can check their Facebook page, they usually post the activities schedule there
