Stayed in a 3 bedroom townhouse two years ago and loved it! The pools were awesome. Looking to stay for 4 days and do Discovery Cove for one of the days. What is the condition of the townhouses now? How are the houses? Who did you book with? Thanks

We were there in June and had a great time. That being said, we rented through a private owner from cyberrentals.com. The condition of the townhouse was fine. Didn't see much wear and tear.

The pool area was great as usual, but once again the service was lacking. And I don't require a lot of service. But I hate having to wait 30 minutes for a waitress to even come over and give you a menu. Things like that. The people who work there are very nice, but they just need more help to make it run more efficiently. If you can ignore those frustrations, it is a great affordable place.

Also wanted to mention that the pool area, while terrific, can get EXTREMELY crowded at times. I think they really need another pool complex to accomodate all the people during the busier seasons or hotter months. If you are going during the year that is not summer time or over a holiday, it shouldn't be a problem.

Hope this helps you.

Heather

PS They also opened up a new Applebees in the Publix shopping center right next to it. That was nice at the end of the day if you don't want to cook.
