Refurbishments

How often does Disney usually refurbish their resorts? Are they on a schedule?

We were lucky enough to stay in CSR after it had been refurbished and this August we will be staying in the newly refurbished POR.... why break a trend for our next vacation lol Just wondering what resort may be up next if we wanted to try a different resort for our next vacation.... although AoA looks tempting.

The Resorts are constantly being refreshed but after POR is finished then CBR will be next on the schedule for Queen Size beds however a timetable has not been released yet.

It appears as though they run on a five year schedule, from what I have been able to research.

Since I am an architect and a construction manager, I watch the trending quite closely.

We have not stayed at CBR..... definitely going to keep my eye on that one!
