Look in train station walls

Disney is redoing the sidewalk by the train station. So they erected a wall the other day and the sidewalk is closed off. If you are facing the train station inside the MK you can still get up to the train on the left side.

They are redoing the sidewalk so there is no curb. The parade route is also changed in that area. As it comes down Main St. it will make a right and go backstage instead of going around the hub.

The Main St. dancers are using the bus instead of the horse drawn trolley because of the construction. The bus also turns right at the end of the street.

The Liberty Belle is closed until Spring 2006.

Why? Are thy getting a new boat? Are they reworking the "river"? I was really looking forward to a ride on the riverboat. I am kind of bummed!

Much thanks! ::MinnieMo

Thanks Safetymom those walls sure look ugly tho! I hate the thought of them being there. How does it look as you enter the park? Is it all walls? It looks like it from the pics.

It is a lot of walls when you enter the park. It looks worse on the left hand side as you enter right now but that will switch.

I just always figure it will look so much nicer when they are finished it is worth the wait.

I thought it was Blizzard Beach's turn to be down for refurbishment through March 2006. Wasn't Typhoon Lagoon closed this year? My kids will be disappointed as they prefer Typhoon Lagoon.

They both close every year. Last year it was switched around because of the construction of the new water slide.
