Refurbished Rooms/Resorts

Hubby and I are planning a trip down in 2014 end of November/beginning of December time frame. Just the two of us. We're probably staying at a moderate resort. Last trip we stayed at POFQ in a newly refurbished room. It was great. This time we want to stay somewhere different but we'd like it to be a "new" room as well. Does anyone know a timeline for different resorts or can you give us some advice? We were interested in CB but we're not 100% sure. Thank you!

Last I heard CBR was next for soft goods rehab starting this summer. There were pics of it and the rooms colors were tan and brown/ kind of like poly look.
