Refurbished Camera

Has anyone bought a refurbished digital camera? I'm specifically looking at the Canon A530 on Ebay refurbished by the manufacturer. I like the camera (my sis has one just like it), but didn't know if buying refurbished was worth saving $30, plus you also get a free 2 GB memory card (about $100 value). There is a 90 day manufacturer's warranty. What do you think?

I have purchased many refurbished items and never had an issue with any of them, but I am not sure I would do it to save $30 on a digicam. Buydig.com has the A540 for $175(no tax, free shipping), make sure you factor in the shipping price the seller is charging.
