Refurb Updates GOOD NEWS

We are sooooo excited....last night I checked the refurb schedule again for the week we're going and noticed that Mr. Toads Wild Ride was taken off for our week. That was one of my favorites as a kid and really hoped my son could experience it. AND AND AND....it gets even better......our last night there....we will se the Electrical Light Parade....I was really upset when it wasn't on the schedule.....but looks like we might have picked the right week to go. Look how close we're getting......!!! WOO HOO

i'm partying with ya!!! We'll be there March 17-22 and I was soooo bummed out that Mr. Toad would be closed. Yipee! And the Electrical Parade is on for Sunday also. Life is Good!!! (Now if only they'd put Fantasmic back...)

I just checked the official Disneyland site and Mr. Toad is not on the refurb list for your dates. I think you're good to go!

So we will be there in 16 days and we will have Mr. Toad's Wild Ride too!!!! DH and I just danced around the kitchen in excitement. We were pretty bummed that this AND the railroad AND Splash were going to be down. But now...now we get MTWR!!!! And all is right in the world!


BTW, this better not be a sick joke by Disney to get my hopes up and then last minute make the ride go back "under the knife"!

I think they rescheduled Mr. Toad refurb for a later date, because it is now showing up as being down for my dates in May. Dang...

Yeah!!!!
I was totally bummed that it was going to be down, I haven't been on Mr. Toads for a long time it was one of my favorites! It was done away with at WDW. Now they only need to add the Fireworks for thursday and I will be on top of the world!
I booked not thinking they would not have them, so sad

That's the one thing about refurbs- if they aren't happening during your trip, then they are happening during someone elses.
