Refurb schedules for 2016

When do refurbishment schedules come out for the winter ahead? We are trying to plan a 2016 trip in Jan/Feb/Mar, but knowing when certain things will be shut down would help with dates and resort choices. I know it is early, but I am the planner for 4 families. I want to give realistic options. Thank you!

I don't know when they get announced but I would assume Splash will be closed in January

There is no standard amount of time as to when refurbs are announced.

Yes Splash is almost always closed for refurb in January. Not sure when they announce them though. I'm pretty they are just announced as they are schedule one by one.
