What does soft goods replacement mean?

Not sure but possible things like linens. I know that bedspreads and such are being replaced at the DVC resorts so it could be happening at all of them--will be using some sort of three tiered setting--just can't remember exactly how they explained it...

What does soft goods replacement mean?

Is happening at my resort now, carpets, drapes, bed mattress (usually) and any upholstered surface.
