Refurb at BWV?

Hello,

Just a quick question: I undertsand that the BWI rooms have recently been refurbished. Does anyone know if there are plans to renovate the BW villas in the near future as well?

They already changed out the sleeper sofas and mattresses last year.

DVC resort renovations are funded by member dues. They collect a portion of the dues each year and put it in a reserve fund. As Deb said, they usually change out a couple items at a time rather than a full scale change. DVC resorts tend to have high occupancy rates so they don't like to take a large number of rooms out of service at one time. They repainted the whole outside about 5 years ago (that was due to a paint defect, not paid for by member dues).
