Refunds on special experiences

I had booked & prepaid for a fireworks cruise for Sept 23rd - I received the cancellation email today from Disney. There is the following verbiage at the bottom of the email. Has anyone received their refund "sooner" than the 7 days prior to the reservation date??

I received my July 20 dessert party refund in 2 days

I bought two tickets to H2O glow through Undercover Tourist for July 25 and 29th. I am scheduled for July 23-31 at All star movie. I am not getting communication of any kind for any of it. I am about to throw in the towel and cancel it all. I don't really want to be stuck with the H2O tickets, especially when my TA told they are being cancelled. I asked UT and Disney directly and I am just stuck with them until they are officially cancelled. I am just getting frustrated with all of it. I have not missed a year since I was 19 in 1993! This would would have been my 80th trip to WDW.

I got my refund for Epcot Forever in about 4 days after they cancelled the ADR.
