We forgot that when my daughter turned 3 last year we got her an annual pass (didn't need anything until then) for 2 trips we took last year. All our annual passes expired except hers and we just ordered a vacation package with park hopper tickets for all our family, and then after receiving them noticed her annual pass is still good for the time we will be there. Anyone know if you can get a refund on a child's park hopper ticket? Do you do this at the ticket office or mail it in? Can you use 2 park hoppers to upgrade to an annual pass? Any thoughts or experience with this situation. Of course if we do decide to go again we may just save it until hers expires and use it then, but wanted to know what options were available. Thanks!

See when it expired, if it's good until her AP expires use it then to upgrade her to another AP. And yes, I do believe you can use 2 hoppers to upgrade on 1 AP, as long as the cost of the AP is higher then that of the hoppers.

I purchased the wrong type of tickets online (purchased Deluxe AP's when I meant to purchase park-hoppers that we'd upgrade to Deluxe AP's after the blockout days during our trip), and when I realized it, I called a phone # that I found from the Terms & Conditions link of my e-Tickets: 714-781-4400. I explained what I'd done, and they said to send an email requesting a refund to ticketinquiries@disneyonline.com. I did and it took several (anxious) days, but they did refund to the credit card so I could go back and purchase the correct tickets. Thanks Disney! :thumbsup2

I suspect that issuing a refund is done on a case by case basis, but I'd imagine that they could easily enough confirm that your daughter already has an AP and doesn't need a ticket, and would issue the refund.

Sorry - just noticed that yours was a package and you already had the ticket in hand. I suggest calling and asking, and perhaps they can still help you somehow. Mine was able to be handled electronically, but I was dealing with an e-ticket that they could just cancel and refund.
