what is the policy on refunds for Disney resorts? I booked the all star movies and I've paid it all off but I can't go on holiday anymore, any chance I can get my money back or is it gone?

Any help would be appreciated
 
Most important part needed to answer is how far out from arrival are you
 
Also, room-only booking or package? And who you booked through. You use the word "holiday" which makes me think you're not from the US. Travel agencies in other countries often have different deals and cancellation policies. Best bet is to find your original booking confirmation emails and see what they say.

I'm like 57 days out from arrival, and it was just room only, i booked the room through Disney. You are correct i'm not from the US.
 
I believe RO bookings can be cancelled without penalty up to 5 days before arrival, Packages are 30 days
