Bear with me.... I had purchased a 4 day hopper (with 14 day exp). We used one day on 4-21, then went on a cruise, then back to Disney on 4-26 using another day. The next morning got an urgent phone call. The nephew of the friends I was traveling with was killed in a tragic work accident and we needed to fly home. I still have 2 days lefton the hopper, expiring tomorrow. My AAA agent where I bought it said to check with Disney and see if I could maybe get a refund or pay for the no expiration price. I have been checking "disney" related sites and cant seem to find a phone number to talk to a live person, or keep getting the phone tree which doesnt apply to my need. Maybe Im just missing the phone number. Anyone know how I can get ahold to a live person to maybe get me in the right direction?? Sure would hate to waste 2 days of tickets. The rest of our trip should be covered under the travel insurance. Bummer,
we only got a quick nite at the Poly. What we saw was beautiful.
