Refund On Airfare?????

I was just looking online, and the same flight that I just booked last week is 40.00 cheaper now...would I be able to get the difference refunded???????

Different airlines have different rules. It would be best to call your airline and ask.

Just called and got a $40.00 credit...wooohooo...now I have to go back within a year to use the credit.....life's tuff!!!

There are rules for these. It's best as the other person suggested to call your airline. Some give credits, others give vouchers. Other airlines charge a fee for changing the fare. Others will refund the entire amount and rebook at the new rate. There isn't a simple answer to this question.
