Refund of Maxpass on pre-booked tickets (from 2019)

Wondering if anyone had any recent luck in getting the Maxpass portion of Cdn@ par tickets refunded? We bought the 5 day package for an additional $150 USD.

I sent in an email request to Disney about 6 weeks ago, and not a peep in response. I had heard that some had success in getting the 5 days of maxpass refunded into a gift card at the parks. Just hate to lose out on that money already spent.

There is a form online to fill out for MaxPass refunds, but you can't be on the Canadian site, it is on the US Disneyland site. I received a Disney e-gift card for the $15/day amount about a month later.

Did this 6 weeks ago, and still waiting. Alas our trip is in 10 days, and do not want to lose out.

Go to the ticket booth at DL. In August we were there and we were refunded the Max pass amount in the form of a disney gift card.

We went the day before our 1st park day. We didnt want to deal with it on a park day.
