Refund from Disney

I had to cancel my trip and was wondering hold long it will be before I get my refund back onto the card I used.

I had to cancel my trip in december and cancel my MVMCP tickets> so It was around $800 and I received it back within 3 days.

We had it take a month to get our refund from disney for our room reservation.

I overpaid disney by 200 (forgot about the deposit lol) and they took well over a month (and 3 phone calls by me to refund the money.

Maybe it depends on your credit card company. I cancelled my room reservations and had my money back within 2 days. This was on my debit card for the credit union though.

it usually only takes like 24hrs for disney to put it through, but the banks take forever in giving it back. They like to taketh... But not giveth...

I'd give it up to five days, business days. And don't forget last monday was a holiday. Then talk to your bank/CC Company to see what the delay is. You should be able to recieve a cancelation number when you call disney.

Usually it is fast rather than slow...its the Banks that usually have the delay IMHO.
