We bought tickets last week on Continental, trying to show our confidence in the industry. Well now the same ticket is $30 cheaper per ticket. It seems like I read here sometime ago agout them giving you a voucher for the amount towards a later flight. If this is true, how do I go about getting it?

I would just call....sometimes....if it is a special on the web...and you got your tixs on the phone..you may not get it...but I would call and ask!! do it soon beforee it changes!!

if its a web only fare and you bought your tkt on the web then there should be an 800 associated only with web bookings. that is the nbr you should have to call. if its the general sales 800 nbr and thats how you booked your ressies then the fare reduction must be from the same way. in other words you would not be eligible for the web only fare. and vice versa

Our flight went down $75 each. My mom called the 1-800 # on their website. All she had to do was give our confirmation #. The vouchers should be here next week. The only problem is, where should we go with the $300 we are getting? Another WDW trip, sounds like a great idea!!!

I had originally purchased our tickets through the TWA web-site. Once I saw that the airfare had decreased, I called the airline immediately and they issued vouchers in each passenger's name that are good for one year from the date issued. (I've gotten vouchers for our November trip twice already! Hoping to use them for another trip in May!) Also, I believe that you have to purchase them from the airline directly instead of through travelocity or some other similar web-site.

If you buy your tickets through a REAL travel agent, you can bring your tickets back to the
office and they can be reissued for the lower fare, and an MCO(travel voucher) will be issued
in you name for the difference for future travel, and they are usually good for 1 year.
