Refund/Exchange for unused admission on 'old' 5 Day Park Hopper Plus Tickets?

I purchased 4 of the above [Adult] tickets in September 2004 from Undercover Tourist on the internet and our family only used 4 of the 5 admissions when taking our holiday in October 2004. If I remember correctly, under the old system, the unused admission would still have been valid when we visit again in April 2006. However, as I’m sure you all know, Disney have since revamped their ticketing policy and I’m not sure whether they can still be used. Or, alternatively, do I have to exchange/refund them through Disney/Undercover Tourist ?

Can you good people enlighten me as to what is possible and, whatever is possible, how do I proceed?

Those tickets are still valid and in fact, I stocked up on them from Undercover tourist last year precisely because the ticketing medium was being changed and the exchange rate was good. You will have no problems using them.

Moira's spot on. We had 2 days (and 2 plusses) left on our Hopper Plus tickets from 2003 and used them with no problems in July this year.
