has anyone ever been owed a refund from their folio at checkout? Due to an issue at the resort, Disney issued us a credit during our stay. It offset all of the room charges we made and left us with a negative balance on our folio upon checkout. It's now been over 48 hours since checkout. How will they issue the refund? I assumed it would go towards the card we had set up for charging (debit) or the Disney Visa I used to pay for the room. I haven't seen any activity on either card. Is it too soon or is there another method I'm missing?
