I will be at asmo in Dec. and need frige for meds. What kind of proof do they require for free medical frige?

You do not have to show anything. What you need to do is contact Special (Medical) Reservations at 407-939-7807 with your reservation number and your needs. They will set it up for you. As long as they add it to the reservation there should be no charge. You may only get one of the 1.5 cu ft refrigerators and not the 4 cf.

They don't ask for proof. The small refrigerators that Cheshire Figment mentioned are about the size of a shoe box.
