Refrigerators at Paradise Pier???

We're staying there in December and I am wondering if they have the small freezer compartment at the top?

We like to take snacks in the park in a lunch bag with ice pack and am wondering if we'll be able to freeze a couple of ice packs?

I can't remember if they have the little freezers or not - but they do have ice machines so you could take some zip lock bags with you and fill them with ice and use them as ice packs.

There is a separate freezer compartment in the fridge. It doesn't have a door or anything but it did freeze our water bottles and go-gurts nicely. HTH
