I just found out I'll be on a medication that needs to be refrigerated for two of the seven nights I'll be at the WL. Does anyone know how I can get one, call the hotel or CRO? Is there a charge for one for a medical reason? Thanks!

Call CRO now so that your request is on the record. Then 5-10 days prior to arrival, call the resort to follow-up.

There have been many abuses of the free Refrigerator for medical purposes. Bring a copy of your prescription, and discuss removing any charges with the Front Desk.
