We are getting a fridge in our room at the Poly this week. Are they big enough to hold a half gallon of milk? Or are we better off getting multiple small containers? We're planning on eating breakfast in our room every morning but one so we definitely need milk. Thanks!!

Ours was the size of small dorm fridge. A half gallon would probably fit on its side. I would worry about it freezing(sometimes they are close to that tiny freezer compartment :cold: or maybe leaking? We usually do the chug sizes in there and they do fine(sometimes they get slushy) Have a magical trip! :wizard:

A 1/2 gallon will fit in the door rack.

Thanks for your replies! May stick with the smaller containers just to be on the safe side!!

We were just there a couple of weeks ago, and put in our fridge all at once:

2 half-gallon cartons of milk
1 smallish (maybe 24-oz) bottle of juice
several cans of pop and/or bottles of water
1 bunch of grapes

You'll be fine.

Have a great trip!
