Refrigerator in BV

We're staying in a studio at BV next week. Is the refrigerator a dorm size, or larger? Is the freezer section large enough to hold ice cream, or frozen dinners? Like Lean Cuisine. I don't want to buy anything that can't be stored.

Unless they've been replaced (doubt it) the studio frig is "dorm size" with two shelves in the main area, door racks and a very small freezer compartment that holds a couple of ice cube trays.

Studios in all the DVC resorts are undercounter size. There is a small freezer compartment, but not large enough to keep frozen dinners frozen. There would be enough space to keep them cold though.

Just our experience, FWIW--we stayed in a BW studio in March; when I moved our cold stuff from the cooler to the fridge, I turned the fridge up to "high" and then forgot to turn it back down until I realized that most of our frozen juice boxes and water bottles were still frozen (in the regular refrigerator compartment!) 4 days later.

Also, the freezer compartment was big enough for a box of Go-gurts (which we'd frozen at home) and a smallish box of chicken nuggets, plus a little room to spare. Both stayed frozen just fine.

So yes, it's a dorm refrigerator, but the BW one worked better than the one I remember from our dorm. ;-)
