refrigerating food before getting in room

This is our first trip to BCV and we are trying to anticipate any pitfalls and/or problems we may encounter before we actually take the trip.
We (7 of us) will be flying into Orlando, picked up by Florida Tours, with a thirty minute grocery stop. We should arrive at BCV at approximately 10:30 a.m. I'm pretty sure we won't be able to get into our 2BR until the afternoon. What do we do about the refrigerated/frozen food we pick up at the grocery stop on the way to BCV?

We segregate the food that needs refrig/freezer and leave it with Bell Hop for storage. When the room is ready we call down and it is brought up to the room from storage

Just make sure you let them know if you have items that need to be put in a freezer. Our last trip, they put everything in the refrigerator instead of looking in the bags and seeing what needed to be frozen.
