Refrigerated Items at Check-In?

We are considering getting a car service that allows a free grocery stop. We are staying at the WL and getting there around 11:00 a.m., so the room will likely be nowhere near ready. I know we can drop off our luggage but if we bought milk or items that needed refrigeration at our grocery stop would they store it somewhere for us?

And if we did buy milk...what size bottle would fit in the room refrigerator?

Maybe I'll skip the milk and just do non-refrigerated stuff--If you do groxery stops, what do you get? And do you bring a bag to pack everything in for storage until your room is ready or just give them the shopping bags?

Here is what I planned on picking up (don't need a lot because we are on the dining plan but dh plans on chilling in the room on Sunday and watching football while the girls go out!): skim milk; case of bottled water; chips & salsa; fruit; coffee (for room coffee maker: we drink a lot of coffee!); misc. snacks...

We have done the grocery stop and used wegoshop. When we checked into the Poly in November we had perishables like "drinkie" yogurts for the kids. We gave them to the bell services and they assured us they would be refrigerated. Turns out I needed something from one of my bags and I went to the bell services storage area. My stuff was still hanging from the luggage cart and NOT refrigerated. Told everything would be replaced - but who wants to go through that hassle when all you want to do is get to the parks. We did wegoshop for our last trip in May. I loved the service and especially like that they will include a stop for adult beverages. For my next trip I am sending my bottled water and diapers and a FEW snacks to my resort ahead of time. You can get tons of coffee in your refillable mug and milk in the resort food area. I always find I'm checking out with soo much wasted stuff that I have decided to relax and just find cheap food options in the resorts. Have fun!!!

Thanks...We are getting the refillable mugs but does anyone know if they have skim milk anywhere at the WL?

We did a grocery stop in January. Bell Services took everything from our shuttle while we went to check-in. Room not ready so I wanted something that had mistakenly been put on the cart. All of our perishable groceries were already in the fridge with my name on them. It was awesome! Try not to mix perishables with non-perishables and you'll be fine!
