Refreshment Outpost and Illuminations

I know this is a silly question, but is the Refreshment Outpost in Epcot open during/just after Illuminations? I really like Safari Amber and would love to get one before either just before or during the show. I will be walking over to Epcot from watching the 8:15 Star Wars fireworks at DHS and I expect to get to World Showcase just before or just after the start of Illuminations. It will be our last night and I really want to see both shows. (I know the timing will be tough, but it is an Extra Magic Hours Evening at Epcot) If I can't get to the Outpost in time, I'll probably just get a Harp at the Yorkshire fish place in the UK section. Any help would be appreciated.

Everything closes right at the start of illuminations. I always find it amazing how within the 10 minutes of the show, everything thing around Germany is locked up and closed.
