What is the timeframe to cancel vacation where points go into holding? Is if 60 or 30 days? Thank you

If you cancel with 30 days before check-in date, the points go into holding.

I like to say make sure at 31 or better out. Then don’t wait until then in case the system fails, MS takes the day off, or unscheduled maintenance.

If you cancel 31 days (or more) before checkin, points go to the UY the reservation is in.

If you cancel 30 days (or fewer) before checkin, points go to Holding.
