If you mean the plastic ones, I don't think so. But there are metal buttons you can get. Many of them refer to something such as a birthday or anniversary.

They are in the kiosk under the train station on the right as you come into the park... if they are still there. They were back in February.

Over the weekend I noticed about 4 people wearing the red ones and one person with a gold one (perhaps from the 50th). Not sure if they had them beforehand or were purchased this weekend.
