Refillable water

Are the refillable water stations open? I’m wondering if I should bring my hydroflasks or if it’s not an option to use. Thank you!

Water fountains and water refill stations were open when I was there Oct 5-9.

I was there Oct 12-17 and some were open and some were not. We filled our insulated bottles with ice water before leaving the hotel and then always refilled them with free ice water at our lunches in the park. Sometimes we topped them off again with free ice waters in the afternoons when we got a snack. There was only one time when one of us needed to fill up from a water fountain.
