Please explain what they are and how they work. How much do they usually cost? We will be returning to our hotel during the day. Can we fill our mug, take it to the park and refill it when we come back? Can you buy just one or do you have to buy for all members of the party?

Thanks for all the info.

Our mugs cost $11.99 at the Wilderness Lodge a couple weeks ago. You buy one for each person who wants one, and can refill them at that location as often as you want, during your stay, and during that stay only. Yes you can fill them in the morning, and go back in the afternoon to fill them. There's no limit to the amount of refills, during the stay that you bought them. You are not required to buy refillable mugs, and you only buy the amount that you want. We had one for each one of us. They more than payed for themselves. Actually I think they payed for themselves after about 6 fills. That was about our second day of the trip. They cannot be filled in the parks, but if you get your morning coffee in it, and then take it into the parks, that's not an issue. I saw plenty of that while we were down there. Some of the mugs are slightly different shapes, but I believe they are basically the same size. Some resorts may have choices for the color top or whatever, the Wilderness Lodge did not. I know that the Beach Club did though. They're really like a basic travel mug. They can be filled with coffee, hot chocolate, or soda.

They are resort mugs w/the resort logo on them. You can refil them w/soda and coffee, tea, and of course water. They are (at least they still were as of 3 weeks ago) $11.99. They are good during the course of that trip only and only at that resort. Yes, you can refill it at your resort and take it with you. You can buy as many mugs as you want or don't want.

Most of the WDW Resorts have a "Refillable Mug" program in their food court area (aka Fast Food-Counter Service). You purchase a mug for around $11.99 and are entitled to "free" or less expensive refills for the duration of your stay. The refills are available from the beverage dispensers and usually include: coffee, sodas, ice tea, and hot chocolate. No other purchase is required to get your mug or your refills.
The mugs have the hotel logo on them and signs state that they are for use at that hotel for the duration of your visit.

For an avid coffee or soda drinker, especially with the 'free' refills,
you can't beat it.

The table below outlines the refillable mugs available at the resorts and the purchase as well as refill price. Be sure to add 6% tax to the purchase

Do the mugs have lids?

We'd like to purchase some for our entire family, but our 4-year old twins would spill without a lid.

How big are these mugs?

Roughly 11 to 11.5 ounces. The travel mugs that fit in a cup holder are deceiving - they hold more than the ones that do not fit in a holder.

Do the mugs have lids?

Yes, the mugs have lids. They have a latch that moves back and forth for a straw, or to sip out of.

Are there any sites with pictures of the mugs? Thanks for the size, I have been wondering that myself! Thanks!
