Do the DL resorts offer refillable mugs?

As far as I know, the Grand Californian has them.

I have read on another board that Whitewater snacks at the Grand Californian has refillable mugs for $7.50. You don't have to be staying at GC hotel to shop there. I have also heard they have good food at a reasonable price. Hope this helps.
