Refillable Mugs?

Yes the cups are refilled in both parks

All of the outdoor vendors at City Walk did accept the refill cups today. I stopped at Cinnabon (indoor bakery on City Walk) and they also accepted the refill cups but the price was more than inside the parks. It was $1.91 total instead of $1.34 for refills in the park. I questioned them and she said that their price is different than inside the park. She even picked the "refill" key on the cash register and it was still $1.91. I didn't stop at Hard Rock cafe or Nascar restaurants in City Walk so I don't know if they accept them or not.

Silverspark-Yes, that is basically how you'd have to do it. You can also check the main store in each park (Universal Studios Store or Island Trader Export) to see if they're carrying any additional mugs...
