What beverages are refillable with the mug? ... specifically is juice included?

As far as I could tell, you could refill your mug with any beverage that was at the drink center... sodas, coffee, hot chocolate, water, power ade, etc... I don't remember seeing juice there...

Yes, you can only refill your mug at the resort where you purchased it. You can bring it to the parks if you want to, but you can't get any refills there.
