Can you use for refillable mug at the Trails End Buffet or do you have to by a seperate drink?

No, they won't fill them for you in the dining room.

But, you could fill them before you get seated, then just bring them with you to your table. You won't get a refill though.

Soft drinks, coffee and tea are now included in the price of the buffet anyway.
