Refillable Mugs

Haven't been to Disney in a little while.

I was curious as to what the refillable mugs look like right now. Anybody who has been in the past few weeks....do you have a pic you could post?


Also, do they still have different mugs for each resort or have they gone to one standard mug through WDW?

(I always liked getting a resort specific mug)

No more resort specific mugs for some years now. Mug design hasnt changed in well over a year either. I believe there is a stickey mug thread on the resorts board where you can see a pic.

Last I heard, they are the same mug, resort wide. They are red, with characters on them. You can have different color lids (red, black, and yellow, I think). They aren't my favorite ones at all.

The photo in the first post is a little out of date but the theme is the same. Posts in the thread show the current mugs with the design all the way down the non-tapered side.

Too bad they look like the ones I got last year. Guess I'll just have to get a different color this time if we purchase one.

I miss the resort specific mugs. We still have ours from Dixie Landings (POR) and All Stars Music. Can't put them in the dishwasher because the design on the outside doesn't look the same.

I cherish my DxL mugs... so glad I got them when I did!

If they have the same by our next trip in Aug 2011 that won't be good. Seems like it's been a few years with the same mugs...

When I was there a few weeks ago, the mugs were the same ones as they had in October 2009, red with characters on them. I also still have mine from Dixie Landings, the wide one. I've been thinking of putting it in my curio cabinet since it's probably a collectors' item.
