Can someone please tell me all the different drinks you can get with a resort refillable mug. And, what is the price? We will be at Music if that makes any difference.

Thanks!!

You can get soda, coffee, and lemonade and water for $12.00 at your resort is where you can get your refills.

Basically, you can get anything that the resort offers to put in your mug!! I know that last year when my DBF and I stayed at POP they had a slushie that he absolutely loved and he would fill his up with that!! We're staying in Music as well, this September, and i don't think they have the slushies, but i know that any soda, coffee, tea, water, pretty much anything they offer out of a fountain will work! :thumbsup2 And last year the Mugs were $12. i believe, but im not sure if they have went up in price this year! :goodvibes

You can also get frozen coke(and what ever else they have that is frozen, it was something Blue when we were there) Hot chocolate and apple juice. The mugs were $12.49 when we were just there, TOTALLY WORTH IT!

I believe that I read you cant get milk in them is that right? We have never stayed on property. When did you go, does the $12.49 include tax?
Thanks:banana:

OK, great! I was wondering if you could get any juice or milk or if it was just soda, which I don't really want my kids drinking for twelve straight days!!!

That's correct. No milk and no OJ. Only beverages that are dispensed with the soda machine or coffee machine and including hot chocolate and hot tea. And if they have a frozen soda dispenser, you usually can get those.

No milk for refills. The sell that separately. Frozen cokes are, I believe, only at POP. Otherwise, as was said, it is coke brand soft drinks, some kind of lemonade, fruit juice, coffee, hot chocolate and hot water for tea - they have tea bags.

But is it correct that you CAN get apple juice?

And does Music have any slushies?

I'm not sure if all the resort beverage stations have apple juice. But, I haven't really paid attention recently.

Yes, in the past Music has had apple juice availible at the refill station.

The only resort with slushies is Pop.
I think when the contract runs out WDW will discontiue the Slushie machines because they require a lot of maintence.

That is most likely the reason why WDW never added them to other resorts. (* note at the time the Pop resort got the slushie machines they were also installed at the CR resort.)
The quick sevice area at the CR is being renovated and the temporary one has no refill station yet. It will be interesting to see if the slushie machines will be reinstalled when the new CR quick sevice area reopens.

Actually the Tempo Grab & Go now has a drink machine and is selling the mugs. Here are two pictures from page 20 of the Contemporary FAQ thread which show the mugs and the machine.

I also agree that it will be interesting to see once Chef Mickey's Express opens if they will bring back the Frozen Coke machine, since they had it at the Food & Fun Center before it closed.

Thanks, CR Resort Fan 4 Life for the updated info on the Tempo Grab & Go at the CR. :thumbsup2

Is it really worth it to buy the mugs? And are all the all stars the same as far as what you get to drink?:rolleyes1

When we stay in our DVC villas, we don't buy the refillable mugs. If we are staying at a non-DVC WDW resort AND we plan to spend a lot of time at the pool, we'll get those mugs. We have so many mugs, I have an entire shelf in my closet with mugs from multiple resorts.

We do have a water park mug that we bring back each time we go to the water parks and buy the daily sticker for $5 (or is it $6 now?). Then we don't have to haul a cooler with us to the water park and don't need to spend lots on beverages.

Haven't stayed at the All Stars, but my guess would be that their food court offerings for beverages are fairly standard.
