Refillable Mugs

i'm not sure if this is the right place to post this or not but..... What information can everyone give me about the refillable mugs... I had bought them years ago and they said it was just good for that resort that trip. Then i thought i remembered hearing that now they are good for the full length of your trip even if you switch resorts. Is this true??? Also would it still be "good" for another trip during this year??? is it good for 1 years use. (another rumor i had heard) and last question. We'll be at the boardwalk for part of the trip, i've heard it may not be worth it there since there's really no counter service location. Thanks for all answers!
